report problem to game warden. send certified letter. wait so many days for game warden to fix the problem. (I forget how many, but you can look it up.) After the waiting period, take them all out, night or day. Leave them lay, don't touch them, and notify the game warden to come clean it up. (too bad all that food has to be wasted, but you can't touch them for some reason...)
Anyway, I know a family that did this, and the game warden was PISSED OFF (probably because it depleted the deer for hunting season), but he never resolved the problem. I think they killed almost 50 deer that night. Many got away. Sad really, but it can be done.
