The club chiefs have been releasing information as fast as we can but we didn't expect the large response we are getting and we are way behind. The only information available right now is in the racing sub forum, just change your settings so that you can read farther back through the threads.

I will add a couple of things that seem to be of concern and I will leave it at that until we can post the club duties and hierarchy. the people who founded this club live to go fast and have fun, that's what we are about and that's as simply as I can put it. Someone posed the question "Are you guys just going to bench race?" Uh....no. As I write this, we are looking into sponsorship for club drivers and we will hold racing events when and where we can.

I personally live to go to the strip and I don't mean clubs, lol. I also can't elaborate on some of the R&D for engine parts going on right now but that is exciting as well and people will find out in due time.

This club is about getting people together who want to race and support racing the VK56 engine in all it's forms. If they stick this engine in a plane and race it, we will support it. If they put this engine in a Yugo and race it, we will support that as well. There is strength in numbers when it comes to doing anything and getting things done for us and that's what the club is for.

We want to race the VK56 and support it and need a lot of help to do it properly. You may have noticed that you really can't officially sign up for the club right now. We are in the process of obtaining a secure server for member information and won't sign anyone up until we have it because we want the member data to be secure. We will not have an official web site for getting together on line, that's what the forums are for. This sub forum is our pit stall and the forums are our pits. In the mean time we have designated a few individuals as Pit Crew Chiefs to get things rolling but there is really no official way to sign up new members yet. If anyone is interested in being a Pit representative, they can send me or one of the Pit Crew Chiefs a PM stating as much and we will make them Pit Crew members. Also if anyone is interested in being a Statistical Crew Chief here in the pits, PM me as well.
