If the boat is rated for 90, you can't put on a 115. Isn't that against the law? I was under the impression that it's not a suggested maximum HP, it's an actual "law."

Pro Lines are made right where I used to live, in Crystal River, FL. They're nice boats.

Like I said before though, if you need to go SHALLOW go with the flats cat. It'll go a few miles offshore no problem and it'll go in the flats where no other boats can... except for air boats. My dad bought his flats cat a few years ago and since then about 5 people that have gone fishing with him have ending up buying one themselves. They're that good.
