I bought the land I hunt on, it is only 40 acres, but in less than 2 hunting seasons, and we have taken one 6 point, 2 7 points, this 8 point, and 3 mature does. I see lots of 1.5 year old 6 points and I know that there are atleast 3 six month old button bucks on my property. Not to mention all the hogs that we have here, in the 1.5 years I have been here I think we have killed 9 hogs. We can still find land for around 2000 an acre around hear. And it is a great investment, you can always turn around and sell it if you want.
