Mine never cut out, and I ran over 120mph in mine before my tune. I really couldn't believe how strong mine kept pulling after 110mph. It's like it just kept going. The SS's power band is the strongest at 2500-6000 rpms, and the tranny wind's out pretty good, so maybe that's why it just keeps pulling.

My 5.3 silverado had 3:42 gears and every freaking mod becides F/I i could get on there and my buddy in his Z06 followed me up to 145+ mph. scarry though! i think the stock speed limiter was either 98 or 105. cant remember
