Yeah there is plenty of time to kill one yet. That's why I didn't pull the trigger this morning, i'm only allowed one more buck, I may try to kill a doe during the M/L or Archery season as I haven't killed a doe yet. We almost have enough meat in the freezer to last untill next season and the wife wants to go a couple more times so i'm sure there will be some more opportunities.
The first segment of rifle season ends this Sunday, followed by a week of muzzleloader which is followed by another week of archery. then rifle season re-opens on Dec. 15th and runs into January.
I've been hunting since Sept. and starting to get a little burned out. [I can't believe I said that,lol] I feel that our seasons run a little to long which makes it hard for alot of the bucks that I have passed on to make it till next year because most hunters around here have the "if it's brown it's down" mentality.
