The only way i see this setup being in harms way would be if you had a lifted truck and went mudding or some serious rock crawling and looking at the picture of your truck i dont think you will be doing any of that, and as far as water getting in there they dont have problems with them being on cars which sit much lower than your truck. this company is well known for their remote turbo systems and if there was an nice and easy way to tuck it into the engine bay for a decent price it would have already been done, like leadsled said the biggest challenge will be the tuning, if they were smart they would sublet the tune out to uprev.

it's personal preference. If i am paying potential thousands of dollars from start to finish on a turbo system, I do not want it under my truck by any means. Call me crazy, but i'm quite sure a rock or something on the interstate isnt covered under warranty. Im not the least bit worried about tuning, Uprev will squash that. I really at this point dont want aynone else tuning my truck besides Uprev. Sorry but i pass on the remote system for under my truck.
