At the dealer today and he called to say Nissan will not cover it as the extended warranty ran out 4 months back. I'm not sure if the dealer was blowing smoke but he seemed mad and attempted to call around to get it covered. Well, now I'm on the phone without an answer yet. It is beside me that the job was not done correct in the first place and they will not honer poor workmanship. I will re-post if I get anywhere with the folks at Nissan. I do have one question.... Is it the roter or the caliber and roter that are the problem?.... Are the aftermarkets working OK? Oh, buy they way, I say keep this poll rolling Thanks for listening to my squealing

Your story sounds like mine and many others here. My dealer acted the same way and said he did everything he could to get it covered since I didn't get the final fix (just turned rotors like you). I called Nissan and went through there "good will" process. It sounded promising at first, but after about 2-3 weeks of not hearing from them, they finally left a message saying they would not cover anything.
I truly hope you have better luck.
The problem is the rotors. I just did my own a few weeks ago with DBA rotors and EBC pads. So far it feels ok, but i have not bedded them in yet. But they do feel better. For $225, I will bet they will last longer than the $651 brake job the dealer wanted to do...It's a shame if you ask me...good truck...bad brakes and customer support/care from Nissan!

Good luck!
