Many times they will deny any knowledge of having a record on whatever you are calling about only to find out later that they could have told you what was wrong in the first place and save you an afternoon chasing a problem for which the technician may not get paid. All it means that my crew is on the ball and yours is not in this case. Which in reality turns out to be irrelevant because under warranty you can not install different parts unless otherwise authorized or noted by a TSB.

If it's the shocks, why change the wheels also? There's nothing a shock does that would cause the truck to vibrate. A broken shock would cause a bounce but...lol...not the vibration mentioned here. Now a bad wheel and/or tire? certainly. So if your changing out the shocks AND the wheels fixed it, the shocks probably weren't the culprit.
