It's a good bit more expensive and does not meet your requirements, but for anyone else looking for an 08 CC LWB tonneau, Retrax has them for both the CC and KC.

On the really high end, American Roll Cover has a retractable to fit both new beds as well.

And, as I recall, Lazerlite has one for the 08 CC LWB as well.
