Also, I believe that I read somewhere, that an automobile manufacturer must produce parts for repairing the vehicle for 15 years, after the particular model year. And many parts can be replaced with custom fabricated, or existing aftermarket parts.

The engine and transmission are the only major concerns, but in 2019 I might be willing to drop a 6 cylinder diesel retrofit into the guzzler anyway.

My suggestion is get a new CEO and keep the Titan.
They can stop making parts anytime they want. There is no law that says they have to make the parts for so many years.
