That's true. "Her" parents live on top of a mountain. In the valley on either side, great reception. On top of the mountain... DEAD! And we can SEE a cell tower from their living room window.... Deadzones are difficult to eliminate unless you have a satellite phone. The variations in the Earth's contours just wreaks havoc with the wave patterns......
