I just put the volant stage 3 on my 08 pro-4x and see no problems. It is loud about 3300 and up but with the Helix style 1" TBS on it I see a noticable improvement in the 2500-4500 range and milage is up about 3 mpg. If you want quiet the Volent is NOT for you but I love the performance it seems to bring out with the TBS and a 40 series flowmaster
