Oh geez, here goes more Titan mod money.....
First, an Atomic Z2 High Current motor from a Mini Z(good for 58K rpm at 8.4V, going in the Skyline obviously)
Next, aluminum front suspension and steering for the Skyline:

I even splurged on some sweet aluminum rims, grippy tires and blue locking wheel nuts for the Skyline. I also have a Tamiya Speed Checker and have done speed runs on all of them. Bumblebee maxes out at 17 kph (10.5 mph), the Titan is good for 15-17 kph (9.3 mph) and the GT-R screams at 55-57 kph (34.1-35.4 mph!) Here's some vids:
