I personally have an Olympus VN-2100PC that I have been using to record the tech working on my truck, and my service advisor, and I have both of them recorded admitting there is a problem. I plan to use this in a court case... We really need to go to court, who is with me?

Rey, IANAL Either, but I can tell you for certain that in OH, NY, (...) (and probably many, many others), information captured on Audio tape is not admissible in court if all the parties involved do not know they are being taped. Good luck trying to get your SM to admit fault 'on record.'
EDIT: States removed, I cannot find a good reference link right now. But rest assured, it is not going to be admissible.
