From what I see, he is looking for 08 SE wheels. As for price, considering that the pricing for aftermarket KMC wheels ranges between $120-$180 each, he would be comfortable buying the 08 SE wheels for up to $400/set. I read it he wouldn't want to pay more than the price of aftermarket wheels.
