I am more into making stuff for my truck than buying...mostly because of the money, but hey I enjoy it too! Anyway, I have the drop-in-bedliner and I cut a 2x4 to fit across the bed(the liner has spots specifically made to fit 2x's). Then built a frame for it and bolted pvc to the frame of 2x4's to hold the rods. It is basically what you see rigged to the front of trucks, I just modified it to fit in the bed on the 2x4. Sorry no pics and you will have to figure a way on how to lock it, but it is harder to steal them out of the bed than if they are on the front of the T. Good luck!
I tested it out at Padre Is. Nat'l Seashore and it held great.
