Thanks for the great info! I just picked up my Red Brawn CC 4X2 LE in San Antonio last night and one of the things I checked was the "tailgate issue" and I have the same problem! I will check out your fix for it tonight and then report back............ this is what these forums are about........ sharing the good and bad info to other owners.
