I really don't think asking "how much do you make" is a legit question because for one thing you will never know if the answer you get is legit. Also, the flip side of that question "how much do you spend" is every bit as important. I assume you are asking the question to see if you are able to afford a Titan. There are so many factors involved in that question that it would be almost impossible for anyone to make that decision for you. Does your wife work? Do you have other car notes? Do you have a high house note? Do you go on nice vacations? Do you have any savings? Do you have a rich uncle? All of these questions are relevant. I would suggest that you put down as much as possible to keep your notes at least below $500.00 a month. I'm sure there are sites on the web that have formulas to tell you what you should spend on a vehicle relative to your income and expenses. If you have discretionary spending you may want to see if you can cut some expenses to make room for a Titan note. If all of this doesn't work you may want to wait until next year and change your user name to: considering(a used)titan.
