If you really wanted to run a hitch and a prerunner bumper, you can get a QX56 hitch, from what I was told, it sits much higher than our Titan hitch's with the same mounting points.

Here is my stock Titan hitch and G-Machine built bumper, I think it came out very good considering what we had to work with.

kevdizzle-Do you ever worry about your wireing harness being exposed on the passanger side? How long has it been that way, I have had mine that way for the last month or so and I keep thinking its going to be a problem, but I'm guessing Nissan weather proof'ed the harness for dumb****s like me.
