No, not all the AR15s are made to military specs by the companies mentioned above. Obviously not all are select fire, Colts sometimes have different sized pins or dias blocks, and of course you can get so many different configurations that aren't even close to mil-spec.
If wanting a rifle, best bang for the buck-- buy a Stag in pieces (like a complete upper, stripped lower, lower parts kit, buttstock, and a couple magazines), which will save you some $$$ and avoid the FET.
If wanting collectability: Colt (especially if it doesn't have a DIAS block).
All are pretty good though.
