Full auto firearms are not illegal here in pa. You just need to get the license which will run you some serious dough then the guns will cost you some more of that serious dough. I have a family friend that has a M4 that's full auto with the three round burst it cost 14k and a full auto thompson street sweeper that is chambered for .45acp it cost 11k.
