Tools needed:
floor jack
19mm open end wrenches and or socket set
small pry bar big screw driver
grinder or metal file
OK jack up rear of truck by the bumper or frame
Loosen the bolts attaching the shackle
Remove bolt attaching shackle to frame mount,spring will spring towards bed
With pry bar push leaf spring up to remove 2nd bolt above frame
Grind or file tabs on inside of mount on frame
Install shackle on leaf spring with gusset (support with hole) facing the rear
(don't go thinking its a good idea to install that bolt from the outside toward the the frame because you think its easier, the pointy end will hit the frame and you will have to take it off and reinstall them both again 
)
With pry bar pull leaf spring down and install bolt
Repeat on opposite side lower truck.
