Danny,

Your getting close to the max wieght for them as far as safety. The Titan with the tow pkg etc (Class IV hitch setup is a must) would probably be your best bet. I only say this as if you get the armada, the tendency may be to overload it inside with more people etc. Pardon for my not being so smart on the Armada and its tow rating but I would think it might be less due to the rear end setup.

I can answer for the Titan though and your pretty much right there with the wieght. Also, I don't know your toungue wieght but if your pushing over around 700pds I would put a wieght distributing setup on top of it and some sway control. Better safe than sorry with 'your baby in tow'.
