You shouldn't need the tires balanced unless they're already out of balance. I think it's recommended that you get the front end aligned to prevent uneven tire wear.

My BIL is a service manager and told me I should ask for the following to be installed (per a service bulletin) after I install the PRG leveling kit:

Cam Bolt - 54580-7S005 Qty. 4
Cam Washer (Eccentric) - 54559-7S005 Qty. 4
