My 08 did not come with the cam bolts. I thought I would need them to get the alignment back in spec after installing the leveling kit, but my tire shop was able to get the everything back within spec without the bolts.

On the other hand, if you can get your dealer to provide the bolts at no cost per the service bulletin, that certainly wouldn't be a bad thing.
