There are numerous lifts you can go with. Cheapest way to go would be spindles and spacers up front and block out back. Next step would be a bracket lift. Both of these will not change ride quality too much. Adding coilovers and a-arms to the spindle instead of the spacer or to the bracket lift and add-a-leafs instead of the block would improve ride quality. That pic looks like a bracket lift.
