I had the same problem here trying to get the local dealer to get me something not on the lot. I finally went about 50 miles away after I located my own truck.
As far as price goes.. in many parts of the country these truck are hard to come by in particular setup (try finding a large choice of 4X2's in the Mid-Atlantic). I consider 5 percent above dead cost a fair profit. It's not like there is a $2,000 rebate and dozens on all the lots.
Somewhere between MRSP and Invoice sounds right it's just a matter of each individual situation being different. Like I said each deal is different and you can't judge your truck and trade and deposit based on what others here say.
