rattle/squeak in '07 Titan passenger seat

Hello all, first post here for me ...

So I bought a 2007 Titan about a week and a half ago with a bit less than
15k miles on it. Overall I'm very happy with the purchase, but there are a couple of rattles that are a bit annoying, although I'm the first to admit that I might be acting a bit anal.

The first thing I've noticed is that occasionally when going over small to moderate sized bumps, the front passenger seat will make sort of a weird squeaking sound. This tends to happen when nobody is sitting in that seat and it's free to move around or vibrate a bit. I can replicate the sound (again, only sometimes, which makes it tough to diagnose!) by pressing on the side of the seat. It's as if there's something that's a bit loose and not well lubricated somewhere in the seat that's causing the sound. Anyone else experience something like this? While it can be annoying I wouldn't spend huge amounts of effort and/or money as it's not a huge deal and doesn't affect the way the truck runs.

I've also noticed a minor rattle somewhere from the passenger side of the interior, but it's only audible when the truck is still pretty cold ... maybe its first 5 minutes running after sitting outside in 20 degree temps. I'm assuming this is just kind of due to the fact that everything seems a bit "brittle" when it's cold?

The only other very small thing is the rear left door (it's a crew cab I drive) ... the child safety lock won't disengage, regardless of whether the switch is in the locked or unlocked position. But, the dealer told me they'd fix it under warranty.

Anyway, thanks for any advice ... pretty minor issues in my opinion but I was just curious if there were any easy fixes ... overall I think the truck kicks ***!
