I probably didnt explain it well enough. the original scratch on his truck was sprayed over with a spray paint. It covered it nicely but the paint doesnt look like the same shade as the base. Would a polishing compound oxidize the paint and blend it in better?

No..... Pigment is pigment and no amount of compounding or microsanding will change that....He's screwed sorry to say.... Strip it and reshoot it. |
