The sticker on the truck I think was 37K when I bought it. I got it out the door for 33K including tax (8.25%), lic., doc, etc. etc. Not including any financing. So I'd ASSUME a new one would cost the same except I got a 3000K rebate and not a 5000 or 5500 rebate what ever there at today. So a new truck would be somewhere around 30.5K. Plus all the extras and if I got 50% of the extras that would be another 6.5K less the depreciation of the truck. How much does the truck depriciate in 1 year , I know it's the biggest hit. Theoreticly if I take a price of 30K for the truck pre tax and deduct another 5K to net the truck down to 25K and add only 50% value of aftermaket items I'd be at 31.5K. Or is this just wishfull thinking that I should be able to get 28K???
Oh and yes there is a carmax near here and was thinking of going there, but with all the aftermarket stuff I dunno???
