I think you meant....Carefully keep wet with a mixture of Kerosene and 1/2 ounce of carwash soap applied with a spray bottle until you see the tar liquify and begin to run down the paint then you rinse and repeat until there is no more tar. Then you give it a thorough handwash with lots of foamy soap and warm water and then wax.
