Started with a volant, pulled the tailpipe for a turndown, pulled the volant muffler, put on a flowmaster 50SUV and eventually put the tail pipe back on. Sold the volant system and put my stock system on with a magnaflow Y-pipe, then 18" magnaflow muffler, then turndown.....it was a hack job and loud as hell. Threw the stock back in the attic and put on the JBA and concluded that I hate glass packs, so I left the JBA system as is and clamped in a Flowmaster 70BB (same length as K&N that came with JBA). I was pretty happy with this setup and soon onequick06 will be enjoying it. Like all tuners, I need to tweak and play so I ordered the Nismo. I wanted a true dual with outlets on one side and the Nismo had it. In the past, all the vehicles I've had with a true dual, the installation of an h-pipe or x-pipe has improved sound and performance. If I put it in and don't like it, I will weld the nismo pipe back in where I cut it out. Papa may beat me to it as the feed is broke on my welder. I wish Nismo would have just incorporated one.
