12/07 marked the end of your extended coverage. So I guess you are screwed! At least that is what Nissan did to me. But they would gladly put the new parts on for $576! But I have never heard of them no longer using the new parts. I went with aftermarket slotted rotors and pads and did it myself for around $300. Good luck. You could file a petition with 1-800-nissan to see if they will do it, but that was a big waste of my time too...
