Bolts come with the cover. Bracket and clip are extra. the sending unit I bought at Auto Zone for about $12.00.

Yes I agoing to put a gauge in but am trying figure out where to put everything. I am going to install an aftermarket tranny temp gauge and also have to find a place for the airbag gauge and control lever
