Re: what gps

As BigMoFoFrog said, Garmin is the best of the reasonable GPS. The recessed area on top of the radio has a groved mat on the bottom that is easily removed. You can pop the whole panel off and drill a hole to bring your power up through. Mount the GPS and you will not be dissapointed. I mounted my Garmin there and it works great. Later, you can pull the Garmin off and put the mat back into the recessed area and no one will ever know there is a hole there. I would not spend all the money for the newer units as most of that extra software is junk. Just make sure you have the text to speach which actually names the streets you are turning on to. Some of the older ones only tells you when to turn but not the street name. Any of the Nuvi Garmin units will work good for you. Just pick the screen size. They are all touch screen. I have the Garmin 330 and it is all I need. They sell for less than 200 dollars. The Nuvi is a little thinner unit but the operate about the same. Remember , once you find which one you want, they are a lot cheaper on the internet and no taxes.
