I did not want to get stuck with a money pit lemon. I learned much from this experience, if you decide to lift your Titan or put larger tires on your Titan, you WILL have problems with your front axle and you will not be covered under Nissan's warrenty. I wish I would have known this before I lifted my Titan. I do feel that the Titans suspension is sad at best, but I had no recourse because of the lift. Please don't believe in the Mag Moss law it is not intended for modifications only things like oil filters and so on. It is also easy to show how a lift and larger tires will change to stress on the front suspension.
If you are thinking of lifting your Titan, my only advice is DON'T!!!!

nice first post...

sorry that you had problems with your titan and end result traded it in...

Not every Titan out there is a bad seed, and not every dealer is bad either. Sounds like your dealer was full of pricks and you should have called Nissan.

I hope whatever vehicle you replaced it with is trouble free for you. But one bad dealer and a popped clip is not reason enough (for me at least) to feel that you are in for a world of maintenance nightmares.
