That's most likely to be a 4x4 Van and they like 'em big to carry lots of gear for repairs and stuff and lift them to be able to drive through most any field that they might potentially have to make an emergency landing in.

i can't make out the rest but after # UNO AIR, it says "AIR CONDITIONING SOMETHING SOMETHING RESIDENTIAL COMMERCIAL" idk but even if it was a ballon company van, did he need the disco rims? and why not just drive a lifted pickup with a camper shell? you would look less retarded. im not dogging on the ballooners or anything, but i'd rather drive a short school bus.
