How will exaust affect (help or hurt) towing with a new intake installed. My hole idea is to help with towing my TT. 26" Terry, 7500lbs max when loaded. I should mention that I tow in the mountains of East Tennessee and Western North Carolina.

The intake and exhaust will help your engine breathe easier. It will help in your hp and most likely will not hurt your torque in any part of the powerband that you would miss it. Remember, horsepower is a function of torque and just because the parts are marketed under the premise of giving you more hp does not mean that the torque will necessarily suffer.
You WILL have noticeably more noise, however; this is not avoidable. Some people see the hum from the intake and the blare of the exhaust as music, some see it as noise. It's all personal preference.
