I bought an A.R.E. lid in 1991 for my Ford f150. In 1996 I bought one for my Dodge Ram 1500. I just ordered one for my 2004 Titan
I never had a single problem with the 2 previous ones. The paint held up great on both even sitting in the Louisiana sun 6 days a week. After owning a lid since 91, I wouldn't think of driving a truck without one.
