Most of time unless you tell them something is wrong or missing it just get put in a cart and sent back to the floor. The people in customer service never look cause most of them dont know what is even right

Thats kinda what I was thinking, some guy swapped it out and saved a buck or two. I dont blame walmart and when I took it back today I told the lady at the customer service desk so it wont happen again, on a side note someone put too much wax on the walmart floor today and some ladies and a few kids slipped. I smell a lawsuit involving neck braces and exaggerated injuries.
