the coilovers replace the leveling kit. and airbags I'd say it depends on which ones. if they're leveling bags they may be too short after lifting the back 2" or so... and if they're for a lift it should be fine I would imagine. they just would be worth less than without a lift as you'd already have lift, and the lift you have would be regular stance and your bags (while lifting or when setting them to lift) would need to be past the 2" or whatever mark til it lifts at all. an I don't think it'd go much higher than the 2" anyway, and when aired down would be floating around all saggy but not actually shorter, just stretched out 2" over what it would normally be sitting flat on. if that makes any sense... it did to me when I said it in my head
