Here in Okla, it's my understanding so far that only fog lights are allowed to be installed below 42" from the ground and Driving and Offroad Lights are required to be above 42" and there are specific angles that they need to be aimed if used on highways. The 42" seems rediculously high, that's close to the height of our engine hoods.

Well I did some searching but couldn't find anything on our DMV sites so I sent them an email. Maybe they will reply pretty quick. Thanks for the info.
