Re: ...... Banks Exhaust Warranty ........

Wow, sorry to hear about your misfortune with the banks exhaust. Good customer service is hard to come by these days. Although, I will testify that it still exists. The house i bought two years ago had an existing ceiling fan in the game room, but it would only run on low, the medium and high speed settings would not work, so i pulled the fan and found the model number and a toll free number to home depot, when i got a hold of home depot, they told me that brand now services all their own products and gave me the toll free number to that company (unfortunately i can't recall the maker of the fan at the moment), but when i got a hold of them and told them my problem, they said sounds like your capacitor or switch is bad, asked for my address and sent me out one of each at no charge, not even shipping....i wanna say the company is Harbor hill or something to that effect. Anyway, installed the new capacitor and switch and she works like a charm....
It is good to know that good customer service still exists in some places..Maybe Banks should take a few lessons in customer service from this company...
