I have to agree to disagree here. Yes, it is true, that if this is indeed the case, none of the true "tuners" or track guys will be able to use this.

BUT, there is a BIG niche to be filled of those people with virtually stock trucks wanting a bit more power. That was the whole premise of the Stillen VK-Pro, as well. They are simple add-on items that will increase the capabilities of the stock or almost stock vehicle. And this, unlike anything available before it, is considerably more affordable.

Now, as a CAI and exhaust are the two most basic and common mods, it's an unfortunate oversight on BD's part not to include them into the research, but nobody here knows if that's the next level of a BD tuner that could possibly be in the works, now do they?

I agree, this unit comes out of the gate with a bit of a limp, but once it gets a footing, who knows where it can finish? We shall just have to wait and see if BD responds to the initial market or not.
