Start from the bottom of the cover, under the radio, and gently pry the whole cover off. It comes of pretty easily. Once removed, you will see the areas that are rubbing. I used some electrical tape and small pieces of foam to stop the rubbing. You might want to pop the cover above the radio with the tray. It is glued in the back near the windshield and the glue is very lightly stuck. It sometimes squeeks and stops when you push on the radio plate because that plate puts pressure on it. Pull both covers off and you will be able to fix it pretty easy.
