Second Toyota needs to change the way they sell trucks. Toyota needs to give customers more options in how they configure their trucks and the ability to custom order trucks. Toyota can sell cars with all inclusive trim levels with few or no options but trucks are different. Give people a feeling that this is their truck as opposed to just another vehicle in inventory.
