Changing radiator fluid and thermostat

I was planning on taking the titan over to the dealership to have this done, but after reading some posts by you DIYers, I think I'm just going to do it myself. I'm used to working on my '92 Nissan 240sx. I haven't done anything myself to the Titan minus the grills and the HIDs. I'm a bit nervous because this is my 1st "new car". So can someone give me instructions on how to change the radiator fluid? I read you should change the thermostat while you're at it, so I will. I have an '04 KC with about 55K. Thanks in advance.
