Squeaking noise after leveling kit install

Hey folks ... i installed my NCD Customs leveling kit today and as soon as i drove it i noticed it was making a wierd scraping noise. It almost sounds like a small piece of metal is rubbing against the hub or something!?!?! I have no idea what this could be ... I made sure everything was torqued down good. I am getting an alignment tommorow but i dont think that would be the issue. Please any help would be great!!
