edit: One thing I should have mentioned about the BFG AT KO, is that mine got very slick in the rain this past year at 33,000 miles, (with about 10K miles of tread left). I don't recall seeing others mention it though. Tried sandbags, but even at 320 pounds of sand in the bed it was still bad, I replaced them with Toyo M/Ts.

Thanks for the feedback. I was researching further today and found the weight difference. I was shocked. I definately do not want to add 15 pounds of unsprung weight to each corner.
Also...performance in rain is a big deal.
Not being a tire expert...what the difference between the P285 and the LT285?
